No. VIENA FACTORY helps connect clients with suitable manufacturing partners in Vietnam and supports communication and project execution.
Can you really support projects from 1 piece?+
Selected sampling, development and specialized projects can start from 1 piece. Bulk-production MOQ varies by product, materials and manufacturing partner.
What products can you help manufacture?+
Our network can support projects including bridal and wedding dresses, fashion garments, sportswear, activewear, uniforms, teamwear, headwear, accessories and custom products.
How do you select a factory for my project?+
We review product type, quantity, construction, materials, target price, quality requirements and timeline before identifying a suitable manufacturing option.
Can I send photos instead of a tech pack?+
Yes. You can start with product photos, reference images, sketches, a PDF or a full tech pack. More detailed information helps us evaluate your project faster.
Can you help with sampling and product development?+
Yes. Depending on the project, we can help coordinate sampling, development, material sourcing and revisions with an appropriate manufacturing partner.
Can you help source fabrics and trims?+
Yes. Fabric and trim sourcing can be included depending on your specifications, target price and selected production partner.
How is quality managed?+
Quality requirements are discussed before production. Inspection and quality-control arrangements depend on the project and manufacturing partner.
Can you support international delivery?+
Yes. Packing and international shipping options can be coordinated according to destination, order size and agreed shipping terms.
How do I get a quotation?+
Submit the Get a Quote form with your product, quantity, images or PDF files and project requirements. We will review the information and follow up by email.
What are the payment terms?+
Payment terms depend on the selected manufacturing partner and project. They are confirmed before sampling or production begins.
